Welcome to The Royal Hotel, it is situated in the lovely Morayshire town of Elgin in North Scotland. The Royal hotel has set the highest standards of hotel accommodation that others aspire to.
The Royal Hotel accommodation consists of 18 bedrooms with a loung bar, restaurant and terraced area to the front of the hotel. The hotel's main building houses the lounge bar, with seating for 24, the resturant with seating for 50, our meeting room can accommodate 20-40, terrace and 10 letting bedrooms made up of 6 family rooms and 4 twins.
The hotel also has accommodation in an annex which was built in 1997. This part of the hotel accommodation has 8 letting bedrooms made up of 4 doubles and 4 twins. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
The Royal hotel is situated near many attractions in North Scotland. For those who like a walking holiday the Royal Hotel is at one end of the Speyside Way. This is a long distande walk that transports you through some of the areas most stunning scenery in Scotland.
For a holiday a little less energetic then our Scottish Hotel is situated near the Speyside Whiskey Trail. For those on a holiday a trip to the areas distilleries is a must.
